I do not think that the governtment should be able to spy on you secretly regardless if your doing something suspicious, because looking through peoples private things is unexceptable regardless of the patriot law. Now if something ends up happening around the same time they see you doing something wrong than that is a different case but just spying on you off of curiosity than NO!

I would most definitiley turn them in, reason being I have a life of my own regardless if were madly in love I am NOT trying to go to jail for anyone especially for something i didn't do even if it does make me a snitch i will be a free snitch. (:

Mentally insane people should definately be tried for crimes, they are no different from any "normal" person technically speaking. Being mentally ill doesn't affect your thinking of what's wrong and right. Whether you kill someone out of spite or something clicked in your head you physically and mentally know that you did it. I think they should be trialed as a regualr criminal because when they plead insanity all thats going to happen is they will get sentenced to go stay at a psychiatric ward and get treatment for their condition, rather if they were in jail they would have to live and really think about what they did and suffer the consequences like any other cold hearted criminal.

Yes it should continued to be studied in high school because the oldest literature is the best literature for instance "Romeo and Juliet."

No men do not make better leaders than women. I think that men are to one sided and will ultimately do what they want rather than what is best. I think that if a woman is in charge than she will analyze everything and see what is best fit for whatever the situation is.

I do not think that torture is justified because, you should never want to intentionally hurt someone. To me when you torture someone your just being cruel and heartless. If you can torture someone than you should be able to be tortured back.

When your wealthy you earn respect because everyone wants to be friend because of your money. I think that the respect might be fake but its still respect none the less. I think you have to try a lot harder to earn someone's respect for a person that doesn't have money.

i think it is better to be loved because having people scared of you isn't a good feeling. When people are in love it feels great because, you know that someone truly has feelings for you and you know that its genuine. When people fear you it makes you feel crappy and like a bully...

I do think that the government should provide a college tution for all citizens because it gives everyone a chance to reache a higher education. Considering not everyone has wealthy parents to pay for it for them.
