I beleive Shakespeare should be studied at a high school level. By studying Shakespeare we learn about new styles of writing. Shakespeare's writing is the basis for many styles of writing and can only be studied by reading and understanding. By reading Shakepeare, it prepares us for college level writing assignments.

Yes we should still keep learning about shakesphere's work because shakesphere is a part of history that has important dates and moments in them and without shakesphere i feel that art wouldnt be the same that it is with shakesphere art would probably be just normal and boring without shakesphere.

Yes it should continued to be studied in high school because the oldest literature is the best literature for instance "Romeo and Juliet."

D: I think that Shakespear's work should continue in college, and highschool. Fore the reason that if the School stop reading Shakespear's work over a period of time nobody will remember Shakespear. Now Shakespear has worked to hard and has been around for years. To just out the blue switch up and stop reading about him would be wrong because he has written great plays and scripts to not be igknowleged.

Yes. I agree we should teach Shakespeare's in high school. I think we should do this because we learn to learn different ways to interpret things and how to understand words in different sayings. We should also study it in college too.

Kids in high school like to learn and read about shakespeare and all his famous plays, quotes & movies. I guess its just fascinating and helps kids learn more and give them ideas for alot of things they want to create for themselves.

Shakespeare wrote epic stories that would be very hard to surpass. While yes it is hard to understand at times, it gives readers a chance to come up with their own perspective of the words. Which helps develop the thought process in your hippocampus part of the brain. Working out that part of the brain helps excise grammer and the english language. Extending one's vocabulary and most likely IQ. As well as being taught the same tales as others before us and others behind us will give us a matter to connect on with others. Therefor Shakespeare should continue to be taught...as long as I'm still around at least.

I don't see why we would discontinue Shakespeare after all the example of life and learning Shakerpeare has gon over in his works. If you haven't heard of Romeo & Juliet and MacBeth then either you're not America or you didn't graduate from high school. Stripping away Shakespeare is equivalent to the absence of our history.

Shakespeare is needed to explain our literature, history, and to explain us as human beings.

Shakespeare, at the high school level, makes highschoolers think more than they would on any other book. Shakespeare's writings are more complex and is different writing style. With Shakespeare, it will make us learn something different.

I like that teachers uses Shakespeare in high school because it helps expand your mind at a higher level of reading. The harder the phrases get the more that you have to read in between the lines and see the real meaning of the text. Instead of reading the modern text like any other book Shakespeare helps you see how it was back in their time.

Yes, Shakespeare should be allow in high school because is a good time to learn new meanings that were yous in the past. By reading Shakespeare we learn how people think, act and lived back then in the 1500.

Yes it should, he wrote great story's and has laid the foundation for many award winning books and movies. It is also a way for us to broaden our vocabulary and think outside the box.

"Should shakespeare's work continue to be studied at the high school level?" In my point of view would be that yes i think that it should i think that it helps you learn literature and makes people think about what he was trying to say and portray in his plays, People seem to not want to read it simply because they find it boring, but if you actually took the time to try and understand what it meant and was saying, you may see why so many people back then enjoyed his literature and his plays. So i think that shakespeare should be studied in a high school level.

yes because William Shakespeare's writing is hard but it also is a good way to teach use and push use to learn. The words in his stories are so confusing but when we actually study and learn them then we figure out there not so hard to say and understaind. But William Shakespeare should stay in the schools when we read stories like that its like where reading college books.

The teachings of Shakespeare's should be continued at a college level. Just because not all are fascinated on Shakespeare's work. I think we should be more focused on how we write more than the writing of someone else.
