....because men tend to feel like their more surprior than women, like women dont have the skills to manage things because men dont have a feminine side, and in sticky situations women feel terrorfied as of men have no fear.

Men make better leaders than women. Because Obama is a men and is the president he has to have leadership to be a president. When it comes to stuff things men dont do, thats were women are better leaders than men. A leader can be any one, you just got to take responsability.

I believe that men are better leaders than women. Men are strong leaders and make tough decisions that I don't think women can make. Although men don't always think things through men can make the better military decision than women can. Women are often emotional and let there emotions get the best of them.

I say yes, beacuse men are stronger physically and mentaly, im not sayin women would not make a good leader but i dont think they would be able to handle all the stress that comes with been an important leader like a president, there's just too many descicions to make.

men are better leaders then women because men think and think about there decisions and dont react based on there emotions like women do most of the time. men think and think until he is sure of what he is going to decide or do and men are never really scared of what people are going to think of what other people are going to think of them.

Some women do make good leaders, but the reality is that men are the leaders. through out history women have been underestimated by not having the right to vote or work hard jobs, or even play sports. men have been leading this world for hundreds of years. I think that men are still leaders because they are a bit more confident in their decisions and can handle dramma better then women can. its not that women arent capable of running things, its just that everyone is just used to men running things. Women have been rising up and standing up for themselves though, still there are more male leaders then female. I think it will stay like that for many years to come.

Men are very powerful than women and are not emotional like women. Men know how to take negative feedback and turn it into something great, while women on the other hand like to cry about everything. Women are not taken serious when it comes to taking control over anything a man thinks they can't achieve.

True generally men tend to lean toward the bron-side of a situation. I can honestly admit to that. Sad but true.

I doubt that all women do is cry about everything. Sometimes the role is reversed and men are the cry-babies, you don't see it much, but it happens. So in order for you to say something like that you have to literally talk to every woman in the world. And as far as seriousness, women can actually be beyond serious and take things to another level, which in turn, can sometimes blow things out of porportion.

For a long time, women have been the main care taker of kids and housecleaning. Women have also entered the work force more and more. So, women would be better leaders than men, because they are diverse. They know how working feels and how taking care of the family feels. Usually, leaders are mainly men. Women think a lot differently than a man does, so having a woman as a leader would bring a new perspective.

Women had to work for their rights and where we are today, I totally agree with you, Mackenzie.

No men do not make better leaders than women. I think that men are to one sided and will ultimately do what they want rather than what is best. I think that if a woman is in charge than she will analyze everything and see what is best fit for whatever the situation is.

Women are etter leaders then men. Simply because women think things through men try an go with their so called instict. Which gets you lost. Womed arent afraid to ask for help. On the other hand men could he lost for a while an will refuse to ask for help. MP point is men are to stubboorn to lead the way. Fall back an let the woman take control we listen.

Woman are engendered to be leaders, once they have children they are encouraged to push their children into the right direction. I'm not saying that men aren't capable of raising children the right way because I have many friends with only a dad, but women were originated in the beginning of time to be house-wifes. Women had to work for our suffrage to become voters, to have a job, and to be held up to men's expectations. So doesn't working up to our suffrage give us some brownie points on the leadership scale? Men didn't have to work for their suffrage, it was just blessed upon them.

I think that women are more capable or sitting down and thinking of a well thought out plan. Men are more quick to jump the gun. In a situation of war, the women can think of strategies better. The men can do better in war and in physical situations. But women have the brain power.

I would definitely say no. Women have the tendency to think thing through more so then men we think of the pro's, the con's, and the consequences. A man's brain usually doesn't get that far, they will react just on impulse without thinking of the out come. Yes, it is true that women do seem to over analyze or over think things and are emotional, but over thinking is much better then not thinking at all and the emotion helps put passion behind everything we do.

Just because your a man doesn't mean that your better at being a leader than woman, because a lady can actually be smarter then a man. Most men these days can be real stupid at making choices or decisions than women. Sometimes women are stronger then men. men can be pretty emotional too, not just woman, also I think women have more patience then men. So, to me, women can be better leaders just as men can too.

Not only do women have to go through the pains of labor, but as well as being demoted to lower standards of living, such as be subjected to live as a house-wife or trophy-wife. I wouldn't say the leadership position is perfect for women, but they have great potential to fill those shoes if needed.

I think that women are underestimated in doing many things. Women can do as many things as a man can. There are women bodylifters, there are women senators. But it really dosen't matter, both men and women can be good leaders.

I agree and disagree with you. I agree on you with women being underestimated because women have accomplished so many things in the last couple of years like for example obtaining there rights but on the other hand i disagree with you on the fact that you say that women can do anything that man can do because women think with there emotions and men dont really let emotions get in the way of deciding and makin decisions

It really depends on what kind of leadership you are talking about and who the person is. If you are talking about sports then usually most people would agree guys make the best coaches because of their aggressiveness and drive to win. But in the business world women usually have more book smarts and street marts about things. They think things through and analyze every aspect of the options they are given. In general society tends to treat women unfairly and put men above women. For example a guy and a girl can do the exact same job and the girl do it better but yet the guy will get paid more. I feel like women tend to strive harder to prove themselves because they are seen as the weaker sex. So women try harder and work harder.

I like how you showed both sides as towards leadership skills.

Most people think being a man is more powerful than when you are a woman. The idea is just biased on one gender but thinking about it a woman can do what a man can do.And there are those duties that even men themselves cannot do like taking care of kids.Hence i think that if women cando what they can do then they are both equal in leadership.

Side: No

Its a known fact that men are naturally born with more testosterone then women, thus could lead to a clouded judgment. Women are naturally more cautious about weighting out their options and most mothers are the leading role in a family because of this. Although it can help that men are more intimidating, it's not necessary to lead a group into success. What you truly need is a steady, civil mind set and a massive amount of charisma.

Side: No

I don't think that men make a better leader than women.

Both can be a better leader, because man and women have equal opportunities to make good decicions.

Being a man doesn't just give you the power to make the right decisions. Many times men are wrong. Having a certain gender does not mean you will make the right decisions toward being a leader. Rosa Parks was a big part of changing discrimination laws, she is a very inspirational leader.

nice.Madame Gouges,a french lady went against all odds in french laws and wrote a book about the women rights and supported their rights all through.

Im not going to say a man is better then a woman leader. We both have what we need to do. The woman stays home to watch the kids, and the father goes to work to pay the bills. You can't really put one infront of the other. You need both to keep everything equal.
