I feel that being well respected is more important than money. . . Yes its true, money can let you gain access to many more things in life, but if your respected in your neighborhood or community you have the people's trust, everyone knows your name, everybody treats you properly. Having a lot of respect is similar to having people fear you, you know that nothing harmful can occur to you, no one would dare do such a thing.

I say Well Respected is betetr.

Being wealthy is good and fun as it lasts and sometimes makes you greedy, but having or being well respected will get you farther in life whether its in the streets, business, or in your everyday life. For example, in the streets drug dealers or some of the most notorious gang leaders put in work and hours to get the respect they have now thats why people dont mess with them or compete against them or in the business world you work your way up by working hard then you get promoted, the reason you get promoted is because your boss respects you for what you did and all the hard work and effort you put in to your job thats why he or she promoted you.

I think that Its better to be well respected because in this world respect is the number on thing you get respcet by giving respect and you can go far. And being wealthy you just have money and what happends to all that money when you are gone from this world?That money just stays here and they would not say good things about you unlike being well respected people talk good about them.To me i prefur to be talked good about.

Respect is something that no amount of money can buy. Respect is harder to earn than money, it's something you work at for a long time. When you are respected by others they will be thier no matter what, rather than being wealthy and having to buy people to be thier. I think of it like this money comes but never lasts, but respect lasts forever, which i think makes it more precious than any amount of money.

i feel that it is better to be well respected than wealthy. If a person has money but has no friends because he is not a well respected individual, than he will ultimately be miserable. i would much rather be happy and be respected by others, than to have money and have no one to to be there for me.

I think being well respected is better. If you are wealthy then you are likely to be "hated" upon, and then you wouldn't really know who your true friends are. If you are well respected people would be more caring towards you, and likely to be well associated with people. More people are likely to remember you after you have passed.

i feel that it is better to be well respected because in my eyes being wealthy means nothing if you are rich for all the wrong reasons. Being respected means more later on down the road. If you are well respected it means that you respect people as well, if you can be respected then maybe later on down the road in life you will be wealthy beacuse you may work in a buisness and be resected and may just move up in the company and make the bg bucks but yet get treated the right way also because you treeat them the same way.

I think it would be better to be well respected, verses wealthy. Being wealthy has it's advantages, but people would only see you for the amount you make, the size of your house, or the brand of your clothing. Being respected would be that whatever stage you are in your life, people see that, and respect you for who you are and what you do. Respect can be gained through morals, beliefs, stability, career, and etc. Wealth can just allow you to have nice things in life, things that wont last, and people that are by your side because of what you own.

You can have all the money in the world, but if you are not respected, i don't think its worth it all. Money doesn't by happiness and if there's no happiness there is no enjoyment of your money.If you have no one that can respect you and your achievements then whats the purpose of the wealth you worked so hard for, only to find out that nobody admires what you have done. If you are well respected it adds a value to everything you worked so hard to get, people can see that yes this person deserves all their wealth because what they have contributed is well earned.

Respect just like money has to be earned, and just like money it doesnt last forever. One wrong move on your account and you caould have no respect from any one. Though they are both in a way the same i think it is better to be respected just because you know that people can trust you and like you for you and not your money.

It is better to be well respected than being rich.

It is more better to have freinds around with you than having no friends at all.

Being rich in money will never be useful to anyone.

Having money can't buy respect from others.

But having good friends will make you rich.

I think its better to be well respected than to be wealthy, because money just does not cut it on everything. Money cant buy you friends, love, and happiness. Respect can get you all of the above. You can get a lot of things done with money but what happens when you die, people are only going to mourn to get the money, who cares about you once your dead. To be respected is to be remembered after death, to be mourned after you and not what you had. While your, living, people are just going to be trying to get after the wealth in your life, if your respected they respect you, and things are much better said and done.

I personally think it is better to be well respected. I think this because when you have money you think people respect you but they only act like that to get your money. People are very greedy and want material things but when you die what are people going to say about you? If your rich then you most-likely think your better than everyone else so there not going to want to remember you. But if you're well respected then people will appreciate you and respect your name after you have passed. Also someone said' "If I was rich I would pay someone to respect me." That goes back to what I said earlier. If you pay someone to respect you, they won’t respect you they will act like that to get your money. That’s why i think it is better to be respected.

Respect is worth a lot more than anything money has to offer. In the real world being wealthy does mean a lot but if you have money but no respect no one will care what you have. With respect come care, love, friend ship and many other emotions that give you wealth. Maybe the wealth you receive with respect can't buy you many thing but its the wealth you receive in your heart that counts most and the wealth I see is to be cherished most.

I would ratherr be we respected, because if you are just wealthy then you dont have any frieends or anyone to share all the money with.
