Yes it is ok to torture some one if they deserve it. Dont just torture some one because you know you can. Like if some one decieved you: just dont talk to them o matter how sorry they say they are. Let them torture they shouldnt have never decieved you in the first place. Like chelesa said if your boyfriend cheats on you let him go. Just let him torture. Im saying if you deserve it you desreve. Better to be loved, why beacuse it feels good to be loved. You know that t theres someone who cares for you an has strong emotional feelings for you. I think that the government should not provide free college tuition for all students. Only to to those who cant afford college but also have to have a good grade to be able to accept this college titution. They are not to be just handed out to all only to whom deservem them.
