Yes, developed countries should force developing countries to protect the environment. Especially if the developing countries are using the aid for the wrong reasons. For example, if the US was aiding Amsterdam, and Amsterdam was using that money and building nuclear powerplants, then I believe that the US should threaten cutting the aid for that country until they get their act straight. I also think since developing countries are still "developing" then they might not have, for say, cut down that forest, or have large quantities of gas guzzling cars yet. That would be an oppertunity to say, "We will keep funding you only if you preserve the enviornment as you develope, keep that forest, and use eco friendly cars."

I think the pros do outweigh the cons. Although our economy is in a slump at the moment. The upside is, wew have freedom. We are able to speak freely about government, economics, and pretty much anything we want. Unlike communist countries such as China and Cuba. Even though there have been many struggles such as, the Civil War, the Civil Rights Movement, we have made it this far without falling completely apart. Some people may see us as a country that has tons of issues and needs help, but we have our strengths.

As for high school i believe we have more freedom in being creative then in middle school. We are allowed to express our creativity through our clothing to a limit, and we are allowed to take classes such as art, theatre, band, and others that allow us to be creative and express ourselves. There are some rules about piercings and other things but that is for the sake of decensy. So overall i dont think schools kill creativity.
