How often do bombings on an airplane occur? If this was an everyday thing then we might need to start profiling. Why would profiling be justified if sexism and and racism and any form of predigest aren't. In reality we are looking for where the person appears to be from and the way they dress and their gender. Profiling will take time. What if a 5'4 black boy was in their profile and I was quickly trying to catch a flight? They might tell me to come with them and I would have to go through questioning which takes a lot away from my time. If someone were to fit in their profile and they caught him, how will that effect the person emotionally? It will make them feel like the person they are is not good enough and they have to go through extra security because of the way they look. If I was a terrorist in America (which for some reason in America everybody thinks they have to be from an "Arab" country) would I really dress up like an Arab or would I try to look like everybody else? It doesn't even guarantee that they will find a terrorist. People who are good terrorists are trained to not look suspicious anyways so how does profiling even help?

Torture is when equality is thrown out the window. It is when the man being torture is seen as an animal. If the man is guilty, he is tortured and if the man is innocent he is tortured. What does an innocent man do if he is being tortured? He can say that he did commit a crime or lie about what happened and get killed or he can just say nothing and keep getting tortured. People can be caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. So my main argument is innocence itself. We can all agree that we would never want to be tortured ourselves, but when it is some Arab guy out of nowhere that was sent to prison we can torture the crap out of him. We are human. We are supposed to be the civil and the just ones. So all of a sudden the animals are the better ones. Also, torture does not necessarily mean we automatically get what we want. The people who are most likely going to be tortured are trained to accept the torture and not say anything. It is pointless. It is inhumane to wound someone repeatedly physically and emotionally.

Why would a student even want to change schools? To be with their best friend that moved? If I was some sort of drug dealer in high school and I wanted to join a gang in another school and I could move schools, think of what kind of environment that would put the students originally at that school in. Of course the school would be overpopulated as well. I know many people who wanted to transfer schools for dumb reasons like their friends. A good reason would be education. But most likely other people would want to move to a school with a good education as well which would lead to overpopulation of a once good school. If I was currently going to a school with bad education, I can go talk with the district or the principal or anyone to change that, but the issue of overpopulation cannot be fixed if the current ruling on what school you go to is removed. A small point is the wasting of gas. If I go to a school that is five minutes away and I move to a school that is 20 minutes away, I anm wasting 4 times the gas! Thats 4 times the money and money doesn't grow on trees. We have to face the facts. We as students are limited, but it is best for us, best for the community, and best for the environment.

People are dumb. They think that if a president did good for two terms, they should vote for him again. That is why we limit the terms of the president. People don't know the technical reason for only serving two terms. It is because people need a taste of something else that could be better. I don't think there will be a scarce possibility of them being re-re-elected.

Presidents are what keep America running. We as citizens can think we have the greatest president (ie. Obama), but in reality we don't know what is great until we experience change. When you go to a resteraunt and you order something that you enjoy, you are most likely going to order the same thing everythime you go to that resteraunt, but if you try something new, you might like it more than what you previously enjoyed eating. I usually order the same thing twice and the third time I go I order something different thus giving me variety. Variety is what we need in America. The first term represents change and the second term represnts the continuing of greatness. To provide the president with a 3rd term, we are giving them an opportunity to change America in to their very own world. Then when we get a new president, it is harder to change into what he wants America to be like even if he really is the better president. More power can lead to tyrany as well.

Money plays a large role in the deportation issue. Deporting people costs a lot of money. First you must search for the illegal aliens and then you must drive them all back to where ever they came from. They take the jobs that no one wants so why are we complaining? We should focus on not letting more illegal immigrants from com into America. We are benifitting from keeping them here because some of the jobs they take are very hard and many people in America can't do them. I think the current issue is we are afraid of illegal immigrants BECOMING a problem, but currently it isn't. If we don't act now , this will become a problem. The government is trying to make it seem like it is a problem now.
