Yes, they should start that because some student that want a college education, to a school that they probably would have a easy chance getting into, but just cant provide that dollar sign the school is asking for. So thats one thing they wouldn't have to worry about, but i think it should be rules with this oppurtunity also by keeping a GPA that they give you for going into that college also.

NO! because school open up your mind aspects when your dealing with different people and races. And also we have to deal with different kind of classes like art, theater, speech, etc.
