It takes more to prevent a fight then telling everyone to leave after thiifrty minutes. A fight can happen at anytime. What happens if a fight happen when no one is around? Who will stop then?

I believe that students should not receive a ticket after a thirty minute time period. Most of the students who are still at school are students who are in the school event or helping with one. Also parents do run late and if the school staff didnt want to wait around, then they shouldn't have taken the job.
