I don't think the government should be able to secretly monitor suspicious individuals. Everybody has a right to privacy and it should not be violated. But what makes the government think a person is suspicious? How to they get to the point where they classify a person as suspicious? I think the only way the government should monitor a person is when they actually become a national threat. If the government started watching everybody and everything we did, we would no longer have privacy or freedom.
I believe its better to have a lousy father than to be fatherless. I myself know what's its like to not have a father, so to me it would be better to have a lousy father than no father at all. For some people, to have a lousy father is like having no father. But in reality you don't really know how good your father is or how good you really have it until he is gone and never coming back.
No, i would not turn in my spouse of he committed murder. When two people get married they make a promise to each other to stick by each other for better or for worse. You cant turn your back on your spouse, the one you love. Then again if he turns out to be a serial killer, goes on a killing spree and murders many of people, then i would turn him in to protect other people from his twisted mind.
Everyone is entitled to what they want to do for themselves. We each have a personal pursuit and with that personal pursuit we are not obligated to help the common good. For some people their personal pursuit is to help out the common good. For them it makes them feel better if they help others so in turn everybody is happy and did what they wanted to do.
I think Shakespeare should be studied in school. Its a great part of literature and has influenced our culture in many ways. He was also a great asset to the theatre as well as literature. In english we learn to express ourselves in many ways and can use Shakespeare as an example.
I think Superman is more heroic because you hear more about Superman then you u do Batman. Batman was just a man that was a bat that helped people. Superman was a SUPERman. He had super powers and could help people in more ways than Batman could.
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
