Profiling, some say is a way for law enforcers to use stereotyping people into a way by securing the safety of others. It can be wrong when stereotyping, but would you rather be profiled for security and safety reasons, or not be profiled while somebody just walks through that can do harm to many people.

Torture is a word that people flinch at or think of bad events of pain and torment. There are many of times of when torturing and inflicting pain on others for information or whatever the case may be that is absolutley not justified and imorrally wrong. Although there are other times when "torturing" can be justified. The way that the "torture" is justified is thata some people use a mental, or psychological torture to "mess with your mind" and have entertainment out of that person. Things such as hypnotizing or brain teasing games that "torment" people's minds to work really hard or to mess with them. Usually these thing sare used in pranks and jokes on people, for example: Telling someone that an essay is due for English class next period, when there really wasn't anything for homework, and not telling them until they got to class that they got so stressed out about it. This is a practical prank or joke, sometimes it may be wrong if taken too far, but is an entertaining way of "tormenting" soembody that can be justified, small things such as that is "torture" and is justified.

High school students should be given a choice on which high school they would like to attend, but with certain limits. Students should be allowed to choose their own high school they would like to attend to so that they can be more comfortable while in school as well as being able to succeed there as well. This can create a more comfortable, safe feeling environment for the student so that they will be less stressed about the school, and more relaxed to have better grades while doing their work. The student may also have some friends that attend the school for more help and support to make it seem more fun. There are certain limits though as a student can't choose a high school out of state or an hour drive every morning as that would cause too much stress on just trying to get to school. The best choice though should be a school inside the sudent's district area that can be easily traveled to by walking, bike, bus, or car in any way and still have the choice of a school close by home.

The people may have voted for the president, but that does not mean he will be a good leader or president of this country. People are so tied up into only voting certain political parties, aspects, similarities, race, etc. (like with Obama). Also "The chances of us keeping a horrible president is slim." we may not get a "horrible" president, but we have ha dsome presidents that aren't that good and could have a better president, most recently, George W. Bush for example.

The reason for presidents not to be allowed for more than two consecutive terms has been proven before with Richard Nixon. He was vice president for two years, then president for two more years for the rest of that current term, then became president once again for two more terms. The government became fearful that he would be elected again and could led to a dictatorship so they put a limit on how long one could serve as the president of the United States. This is a good limit to the maximum duration for a president because it may keep a president in power for too long for them to possibly become a dictator or permanent president of the U.S. This also grants other who want to become president that are waiting that could be greater than that current president that wants to run more than two terms. If the president would like to run again after his two consecutive terms, then he can wait at least one term of not being president and then run again for another two terms.

The deportation of the illegal immigrants is good for the U.S. citizens that are here legally already. It is good for the legal U.S. citizens because they're already here working hard and legal, and it is not right for illegal immigrants to just come into the country and take jobs from people who are already residents of the U.S. If immigrants want to come here then they have every right, as long as they come legally by learning the primary language, English, getting a passport or "green card" and the other following rules and laws that are required to be here legally. We are all immigrants to the U.S, and many have already gained their rights to be here and have a job to work at, it is not right, for others who did not even try to achieve being legally right to enter this country, as well as take jobs and much more.
