I support you on this, but what if a very good student skip one question because she or he has a hard time on question. So since they didn't finish they have to have ASI.
I think students shouldn't have to go to ASI, If they didn't finish a paper. I think this, because a student be able to skip a question on a paper and not get in trouble. This should be able to happen. Now if the student is skipping a lot of questions each and very day, then ASI should come in.
