Well it also depends what my wife did. If a man was trying to steal her purse or trying to rape her then no I would not turn her in. Because she was defending herself she should not be turned in for that. Even if she did kill someone for some other reason than that. I don't know if I would turn her in because she is my wife and the love of my life. It would be the hardest thing to lose her. So I'm pretty undesicive on the situation.
No, insane or not insane they should have the same consequences as any othe person. If someone has a mental illness they are tested as kids most of the time, and should be taken to a mental institution. So they should know right from wrong when they get older.
Its better to be loved in my opinion, because of course when you are feared people tend to stay away from you more then when you are loved. When you are feared, you cant go to anyone because they will most likely not want to talk to you. People say that you get respect when you are feared, might be true but you get more respect when you are loved. People dont see the good in you when you are feared. And being feared can be a bad thing and a good thing. When you are feared you have few people you go to and when you are loved you have lots of people you can go to.
