It really depends on who the government is trying to monitor. If its a terriost or somebody that is trying to harm are country or a certain somebody. It will be okay to monitor that certain individual because it will prevent something dangerous from happening to us. But if the goverment is trying to monitor a individual that hasn't done anything wrong it is not right because it is ivading into someone privacy who hadn't done anything. If the government started monitor daily it would turn the US into some what of communism.

I wouldn't turn them because if they came, and told you they had trust in you. They wouldn't came in told you in the first place if they knew you were a snitch. I would act like nothing happen because in the end they will eventually confess or get caught. I believe in karma so it will later catch up with them.

A mentally insane person should be guility no matter what because they did something wrong like murdering somebody. They should know right from wrong from the start before they even did it. If there were no consequences everybody would be murdering each other, and nothing wouldn't be worth anything because instead of buying it people will just steal.

Yes, Shakespeare's work should still be studied at the high school level, so we could learn the different types of text they used back then. It would help us understand the dialogue more clearly because he used the words in different ways. It would help prepare us for college level text because of the big vocabulary.

Yes, I think men make better leaders then women. Because they just seem to be more dominant and stronger then some women. Yes, to a certain point because there are some people out there that do the wrong thing. Its kind of like teaching them a lesson and to let them know not to do it again. For example, If someone killed all of my family. I would want my revenged and wanna know why? If they don't confess I would torture them to a certain point not overbroad just to know the truth.

I'd rather be wealthy because you will be able to buy all the latest things you want, like you could buy all the exotic cars,import cars, Japanese Domestic Motor parts. You will have everything you need, and you will be successful because you could start your own business company, and make your dreams come true.

Yes, the government should provide free college for everybody. If the goverment provided free college tuition everybody would have a degree, and would be able to get a good job.

Well i don't think school kills you creativity because school has alot of activity you can join and be a part of. So really its up to you to do whatever you want.
