Profiling is a method that is necessary to prevent terrorist attacks. Without profiling, there are not many methods that can be used to discover terrorists without racking up costs and prolonging airport travel time. Profiling should not be solely based upon race, gender, and religion but upon several other things such as actions and lifestyle. I actually think that the FSA should work together with teh FBI and CIA to have a better understanding of the people booking flights in airports. With their cooperation, they can solve the many dangers lurking behind strangers.

The act of inflicting excruciating pain, as punishment or revenge, as a means of getting a confession or information, or for sheer cruelty is never justified. Every person, animal, etc. should be treated as you would want to be treated. If you would not torture someone or want to be tortured, you should not allow someone else to. No imformation is that important to impel you to torture someone near death. Guantanamo Bay is being shut down because of the use of torture and the violation of Human rights. The United States has the eighth amendment in the constitution that condemns cruel and unusual punishment, which is exactly what torture falls under. Everyone is going to get their punishment in their second life, so why not let God handle it instead of man trying to take care of the situation themselves.

To attend high school or school in general is a gift that not everyone is able to enjoy, such as people who are in smaller, less fortunate countries. Students already have the option to go to school and if they were allowed to pick the high school of their choice, they would be more more likely to go to school and participate, rather than going to school and being unsatisfied by their surroundings. By giving students the opportunity to choose their high school, they would feel more obligated to strive for a better future and to attend school so they can achieve that better future. This free reign of choices may cause over crowding in some areas, make the tax payers pay more money and make transportation an issue, but since education is the key to a better life there should be no obstacles in achieving it.

The deportation of illegal immigrants is not the best method to solving the immigration problem because some families get separated and get put back in dangerous situations. But, everyone should understand that there are ways to go about becoming legal in a land whose foundation is made of immigrants.

Developing countries scarcely have enough resources to keep their own economy stable and their mortality rate from sharply increasing. They are also constantly trying to maintain support from their habitants and allied countries. So, for a developed country to bully a deveoping one into taking care of the environment is utterly ridiculous. When developed countries were developing they wanted to make mistakes and learn from them and would not want another country prying into their own affairs. Also, the concern for human life takes precedence over the concern for the environment. As noble as it may be, there is no entertainment in watching humans suffer or die in order to save the environment. We would all love to live simultaneously with the environment, but sometimes you must destroy in order to survive and to create a better environment.

Creativity is massacred in schools because all the guidelines and rules stifle the student's ability to express themself. Yes, the school allows the artists and musician students to show themselves through thier art and musical pieces but what about the students who fall in between the cracks? The school's restrictions towards what is allowed and what isn't leads to the destruction of creativity in students and the loss of identity.
