Men are seen as more dominant than women, which may be why a lot of people lean toward the appeal of a man being a leader. Also, women respond more emotionally than men would, so under pressure women might not be able to handle a situation. Not to say that some women won't be fantastic at being a leader, and it also seems unfair that they haven't had a whole lot of chances to prove their leadership skills like men have. Society seems like they think it would make them appear more vulnerable if a woman was in charge. People will bash on women more than men. The press want more stories about them, as apposed to men, to make them see more imperfect. Side: yes
First off, let me point out that women are capable of being good leaders, but in my opinion I think men are natural born leaders. The role of a man (husband) is to labor to take care of his family. He's called the hus"band" because he's the band around the family. The role of a woman is to take care of the house and children. There was a significance of why God created Adam first. Adam was in charge and when Eve came around, she submitted to her husband. I think people listen to men better than they do women, partly because of the history of education, men being more educated than women. Their is a significance that God came in the form of a man and that all of the disciples were men. Side: yes
Men have always been the primary leaders through all history and are natural leaders because they have gad the experience, not saying women aren't good leaders but men are the most dominant when it comes to the task .Leaders are someone who can get the job done and will have a great influence over a majority of people because there haven't been many female leaders in history. Yes, I think men make better leaders then women. Because they just seem to be more dominant and stronger then some women. For instance, Kobe Bryant best basketball player in the world and when mention people know him. Don't get me wrong women are leaders also, but men just seem to have greater force like they can lead a military. I'd rather have a male lead a army into the war then women. Side: yes

Back in time when women weren't able to go to school, I would of said yes, men make better leaders. But today, both sexes have an equal chance of making good leaders. It just depends on the person's will. Women have an imense knowledge and we have achieved many obstacles and things that were only available for men. So now we are equal. Women can vote and work on careers that were just meant for men. Therefore women and men can equally be better leaders if that's what they aim for. Side: No
Judging myself, and being a woman, I'm a great leader. Looking in my class the young women excel far greater than the guys, and that's simply because personally they lead them selves well. I believe because of our generation women are coming up. If you look outside of politics women are doing as well as men. For example Odyssey is a phenomenal basketball, but so is Rickey. We could constantly go back and fourth and say oh this person is better than person, but I believe that our culture simply over looks women leading in other categories. I'm not saying women are better either though. Men are not better leaders, but looking at politics and commercially they seem to be, but this don't make it a fact that men are better leaders than women. Men have risen to almost global power. Women have taken leadership positions, but never have they completely and successfully led a nation to absolute victory. Men, also have the physical aggression to propel and determine others to move forward. Women do not have that to a certain extent. Side: yes
I belive that though women have been in power along side men. That men are more influentual leaders than women and that's why they have been more successful from what I've seen throughout my lifetime. NO! Women can be a great leader just as well as a man. Women has just enough power as men do. Women can be a powerful leader as well as a man can. For example i'm a female and i'm a JROTC and i'm a company commander. I'm the leader of the whole entire class. I have the power, but there could have been a male to do what i'm doing. Just because you are a male it doesn't automatically make you better at leading others. To me gender is not a factor. I believe that all people have the ability to lead regardless of gender. Most people don't realize that there are actually a lot of female leaders in america. There a plenty of male and female business owners, lawyers, teachers, and other positions that require them to show a great amount of leadership. It don't matter what sex the person is just as long as they get the job done. Women can do almost any thing a man can do. They can go to college and get the same type of degree as a man. I think that their really is no diffrence because both men and women make good leaders. I can't say that men or women are better leaders than each other because there are great leaders from both sides for example Joan of Arc, Mother Theresa,Cleopatra,and Queen Elizabeth are good women leaders and George Washington,King Arthur, Gandhi ,and Winston Churchill are good men leaders. My view towards both man and female i think they are both equally, there are some things that makes us diffrent such as our way of thinking and physically. Most people say that man are great leaders, and some say no, Woman can be great leaders as well example queen elizabeth, abigail adams,Queen Margrethe,Isabel Peron and alot more have been great leaders they are not exactly from the united states they can be from diffrent states or countrys as well, i would say me being a woman are something special in our own ways although alot of people dont agree on that, we have our own ideas and we think very diffrently. From what I've seen all the leaders we have had are not at there best if not good at all to put it at that, Am I right? Both men and women have equal rights of being leader, a women can do what a man can. But by our opinions either the man or women can be a better leader. When it comes with familys, its usually the men in charge but when its an only child with one family member, its usually the person leaving with there mother, because the father's feel more in charge.
